tier European trade platform with expanded programs for large or small cash,
instruments or "hard assets". Returns are being offered
greater than industry norms. Procedures are tailored to be investor
friendly. The platform has the capability to block on most internal bank
screens like the Chinese Grey screen, Euroclear or DTC but only with Top World
AA rated banks. However, the hard assets in private custody or deposited
in a security house are acceptable. Please see the attached list of
assets acceptable to trade with the platform.
Niche Program Highlights:
1.
Excel
Buy/Sell Program- Program trades 1-6 times per day, 4 days per
week with a total spread of 10-30 points per trade. The platform split
with the client is 50/50. Returns are best efforts based on the number of
trades being generated per week. Investors also have the option to
completely compound profits, add funds to the trade or both. This is a 40
week program that pays out weekly or monthly depending on the level of
entry. The advantages of this program are that the investor gets paid on
every tranche, low entry requirements with the ability to maximize profits by
compounding returns. See the following 3 levels of entry:
A.) Level
One-2M minimum cash, 25M minimum instrument: Cash
needs to be moved to a platform approved bank in Deutsche Bank, HSBC,
Commerzbank or EFG Bank located in Luxembourg or Malta. Funds will be
lodged in a sole signatory account in the investor's name with full 24/7 online
access. The investor does not have to travel to open the account.
Accounts are already opened in the platform's favor but will be transferred in
the investor's name after passed due diligence and contract execution.
Funds will be blocked via an administrative hold block letter.
Instruments will have to be blocked via an MT760.
B.) Level
Two- 50M minimum cash or instrument: Funds do not have to be moved in
this tier if lodged in a top World AA rated bank. Funds in an acceptable
bank will be blocked via an administrative hold. Funds in lower graded
banks will have the option to open an account with a platform approved bank or
block via an MT760.
C.) Level
Three- $1B minimum: This is a very unique and aggressive
program specifically structured for hard assets, or non-bank system verifiable
assets. These assets will be secured via an insurance wrap policy
provided by the platform. An insurance wrap is a financial guarantee bond
issued by an AA rated insurance company. The platform will absorb the
initial cost of the insurance wrap which will be paid from the investor's
returns. Acceptable assets for this entry level program include:

Others
may be acceptable so please inquire with any questions or concerns regarding
the acceptable assets for this level of entry. Note that this process may
take up to 90 days due to the level of needed compliance and the execution of
the insurance wrap. Submission requirements vary per asset and will be
provided upon request.

Day Bullet Program: $350M minimum cash or $500M minimum
instrument. Program returns 10 times the investment over a 30 day trade
cycle. 1000% RETURNS IN 30 DAYS! Returns will be paid out at 250%
per week over 4 consecutive weeks. The program can be entered 2 times
before rolling into a 40 week program which pays out 100% weekly. A 3%
advance is available within 72 hours of the funds or instrument block
confirmation. The acceptable blocking mechanism is via an MT760 or
conditional (non-callable) MT103/23. Trading begins within 7 days of the
swift authentication and confirmation.
