Credit Enhancement is a strategy to improve the credit risk profile of a business. Usually the aim is to obtain better terms for a loan or to repay debt. Credit Enhancement is used to reduce the risks of a lender or investor in structured financial products. Credit Enhancement usually reduces the default risk of the company's debt and thus can make it eligible for lower interest rates or to enable a transaction in the first place. A company that engages in Credit Enhancement is providing assurance to the lender for repayment of a debt by providing additional collateral, an insurance guarantee, or arranging a third-party guarantee. 

The borrower requires an additional cushion to negotiate better terms with the lender in lieu of his own commercial or financial assets. 

JAMAIA Financial Marketing Group, LLC can arrange your required Letter of Credit or any other financial instrument against payment of a fee. The arrangement fee depends upon the strength of the financial instrument that you seek and upon the verbiage that you require and the rating of the issuing bank we will have to employ to provide the service for you. The FRL Group has the capacity to issue instruments of any face value you may require with no upper limit - if you have the funds to pay for the required arrangements. You will FIRST have to pay for the Credit Enhancement service to be arranged for you, to receive the benefit of the transmission of a Credit Enhancement instrument to your lender.

Please find the necessary requirements for my New Loan Program. We want to focus on obtaining the minimum of $20 Million at the lowest price to get involved. It cost $30K with a $10K Administration Fee added to either program listed in the overview

SECTION A: FINANCIALLOAN PLAN FOR $/Euro/GBP $XXX, 000,000 (Loan sum)

Plan A: 10 Years Loan Plan. You will pay 3% of $XXX,000 every year for 10years as Annual loan Interest rate. At the end of the loan t.erm, you will pay back the total $XXX,000 loan sum we offered you.

Plan B: 20 Years Loan Plan. Not paying back the loan at the end of the loan term period. You will pay 8% of $XXX,000(LOAN SUM) every year for 20years. At the end of the 20years You would have paid (8% of loan sum multiplied by 20). And you would not have to pay any loan sum at the end of loan period(20 Years).

Plan C: 10 Years Loan Plan. 2% Interest rate per annum for 10 years calculated and totaled once (that is 20% in total). You will be charged 20% of $XXX,000 for the whole 10 years loan period as Loan Interest rate. (20% OF TOTAL LOAN SUM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM LOAN SUM TO PAY OFF THE TOTAL INTEREST RATE AND THE BALANCE WILL BE SENT TO YOU). At the end of the Loan Term (10 Years) you will pay back the total loan sum you applied for and was initiated.

SECTION B: TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

1.The Lender shall carry our Financial, Corporate and Due diligence investigations on the Borrower’s company after the successful investigation and confirmation of the authenticity Borrower’s company / identification by our Legal Department, The Lender and Borrower execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract to be lodged by both parties for initiation of Swift Transmission.

2.Within Three (3) Banking Days after the Legal department has successful verified the authenticity of the Borrower’s document, our financial department shall send a copy of Letter of Intent to Complete, Sign and Stamp

3. Within Two (2) Banking Days after the financial department has received and Confirm the Borrower’s sign and stamp Letter of Intent, Lender will issue a copy of Contract to the Borrower to Complete and stamp then send back to the Lender to complete and send to the Borrower countersigned contract.

4. Within One (1) Banking day after the Borrower receives from the Lender, the Countersigned Contract, a copy of Advance payment guarantee APG or payment refund guarantee PRG undertaking that will be duly be signed and stamped by the lender’s bank which guarantees that any delay or default from the Lender side, on Borrower’s first request to our bank any payment made in advance will be refunded along with the penalty fees countersigned and the signed and seal Payment Invoice. The Borrower will make only 30% payment of the Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges forthe Non-Recourse Loan via Swift MT103 by direct wire transfer into the Lender’s provided Banking Coordinates to receive Fees in the amount of Euro/USD XX,000.00. The penalty for failure of performance from either the Lender or the Borrower is 1% of the Total Face Value of the Cash Loan.

5. Within Three (3) banking days after confirmation of receipt of payment for 30% of the Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges for the Non-Recourse Loan via Swift MT103 in Lender’s nominated bank account, the Lender will deliver Nonrecourse Loan (Cash Loan) via Swift MT103 to the Borrower’s provided Bank Account.

6. Based on FINANCIAL LOAN PLAN CHOSEN BY YOU (Either Plan A, B or C) in SECTION A. Borrower sends Percentage Fee (%) as indicated in each plan based on your chosen Financial loan plan by Swift MT103 to the Lender’s nominated Bank account with the initially 70% balance of Bank Transmission, Administrative & Handling charges by wire transfer within Five (5) Banking days upon delivery and confirmation of the Non-Recourse Loan via Swift MT103 in the Borrower’s nominated Bank account.

7. Any unauthorized calls by any party or its representative lawyers to probes or communication in an improper way to bank(s) in this transaction shall be prohibited and contract terminated.

Required documents to move ahead.

I. A copy of your International Passport
II. a copy of certificate of incorporation
III. a copy of any government document containing your residential/office address. Example any Utility bill such as water bill, electricity bill etc...as proof of address.
IV. a copy of Client information Profile Form/details
V. a copy of Company tax payment slip/receipt.
VI. a copy of a bank statement valid within the last three months
VII. a copy the analyzation of your business details or plan
VIII. a copy of loan application letter
IX. a copy of Good Standing Letter from your bank
X. a copy of this transaction procedure signed and stamped by you that you have accepted to proceed.

The Financial Strategy:

Step 1:

SECTION A: FINANCIAL LOAN PLAN FOR $/Euro/GBP $20,000,000 Plan A: 10 Years Loan Plan. You will pay 3% of $20,000,000.00 every year for 10years as Annual loan Interest rate. At the end of the loan term you will pay back the total $20,000,000.00 loan sum we offered you. Cost is $40,000.00 below is a breakdown cost.

1.      $30K to the Lender is 30% down payment of a normal $100,000 (balance of $70,000 is due 5 days after closing)

2.       $10K as an Administration Fee Agreement - a. Financial Strategy, b. Ongoing Consultation, c, Submission Package Review, e. Package Submission, f. Loan Approval assistance with countersign contracts and supporting documents, g. Engage with Lender Fee of $30K, h. Close in 15 days or less, i. Success Fee of 5% earned and  balance of $70,000 paid to the lender. 

Cash Trade $10 M - $99M, 500% Return in 2 Week Program and can be accessed several times and compounded.

Example on $10 Million 

1.       Your $10 Million  - Never leaves your bank, never touched, and never a swift transfer

2.      Bullet 1 $10 million x 500% after 10 Banking Days (2 weeks) = Trade Return on Investment $50 million plus $10 million investment ($60 million is now available for Bullet 2). 

3.      Bullet 2 $60 million x 500% after 10 Banking Days (2 weeks) equals Trade Return on Investment, $300 million plus $60 million investment ($360 million is now available for Bullet 3). 

4.      Bullet 3 $360 million x 500% after 10 Banking Days (2 weeks) = Trade Return on Investment $1.8 Billion plus $360 million investment 2.16 Billion in gross profit, Total of Bullet 1-3 $10 million investment makes 2.6 Billion returns and after 40 weeks Trade with minimum 100% monthly: 21,6 Billion there is an 80/20 split client / platform net yield to client: 17,28 Billion ($ 17,280,000,000)

5.      Deduction of Trade Platform & Traders agreed 80/20 profit share occurs whenever the investor makes a withdrawal. Return on Investment is payable to Investor at the end of each 30 Banking Days.

6.      There is a 5% share of profit each transaction for the intermediary groups involved.
