bank secures the issuance of SBLC.
·
Central Bank may authorize the issuance of
sovereign guarantee, but do not generally issue guarantee directly.
·
Some Sovereign guarantee government must
be confirmed by major foreign banks due to adverse economic condition in those
countries.
·
Assignments of guarantees cannot be
accepted.
